Dear Letting Agent
Following several verbal requests to obtain my landlords full name and address of the property which we rent at rented-property-address which you have failed to provide, I am now formally requesting this information in accordance with Section 1 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
As I am sure that you are aware, according to the Section 1 of the Landlord and Tenant Acts 1985 I expect that you will provide this information in writing within 21 days, please note it is a criminal offence not to provide this information.
If you fail to provide this information to me within the allow timescale, I will be left with no other choice but to take this up with the Housing Officer of the local authority.
I look forward to your response.
Yours faithfully,
