help needed

I need help I have not worked in two years and I go to school and the only way I pay my rent is with my financial aid and now I am behind and my landlord wants to kick me and he knows the only income I have. I can not talk to him he is being rude and nasty always yelling when we talk. I have no where else to go its me and my daughter what can I do.

I wanted to express my concerns, but mostly my question is how to look for resources when, i'm almost completly imobile. I lost my job at the end of Sept. 2011. I've been constantly searching for a job. My roomate who is my relative has had the exact same problem around the same time. We were doing ok before. It wasn't much, but it was enough to pay the bills. Now, we both had to except any job that will pay. To top that all off, my job wrongfully terminated me, as adhered by a judge in December for unemployment. My job is now appealing which is slowly disapating my embursement check. I finally found a job, but discovered it's seasonal and on an on call basis. Now I'm going to look for a new job, but not only have to try to pay back rent, but have until the end of this month to pay up on all the rent. By relative is going into a new job, but is still in the new hire process. It's positive and will work int he future, but we have to get by right now, or we are on the street. We both take responsibility for out mother who is 60 years of age, a victim of identity theft & hasn't work in 20 years because of it. She just found out through a public defender this year! In the early 90's and 2000 she was sick and in the hospital, but was recovered by a bone marrow transplant. It took her years to get back on her feet. She was previously working Construction Management and Logistics, before she lost her job due to her illness. We've done everything possible; barrowed, look for jobs everyday and trying so hard to go back to school. But our car caught on fire and we've been trying to gain more financially to pay for a car to get us to work, maybe evena different location or even try to cart my mother around. As well, she is legally blind in one eye and can't get medical attention because of the over welming bills. We're check to check and have to one else, but each other and i'm going through hell, but keeping faith in a miracle. Please, when possible please advise me on other resources that can help in a timely manner. It is so immediate and I donot wish to live off the system as before i haven't had to, but now this is a matter of my family being on the street. We have experienced that tragedy before, it's not fun and a high risk for death is "VERY SIGNIFICANT!" So I ask with deep immediacy and understanding that many are going through it, please help me find away?
